1. Lithium-Ion Battery Cell Tester
Detects cell capacity, magnification ratio, and cycle life to ensure incoming cells meet production requirements. Available in 5V 3A/6A, 256/512 channels configurations.

2. Insulation Paper Sticking Machine
Applies barley paper or PVC insulation to the positive electrode of cylindrical cells, providing reliable electrical isolation and protection.

8. Heat Shrink Wrap Machine
PVC heat shrinking machine for cylindrical and combined battery heat shrink packaging. Uses far-infrared + circulating wind heating for uniform shrinkage, beautiful deformation, and high concentration.

9. Expiry Date & Batch Number Printing Machine
Inkjet printing of manufacturer, model, production date, voltage, capacity, energy, and batch number on the battery outer surface for full traceability.

10. Battery Pack Charge-Discharge Machine (Aging Cabinet)
Tests charge/discharge cycles of finished lithium battery packs. Test items: charging protection voltage, discharging protection voltage, capacity, etc. Four test steps: charging, discharging, shelving, and cycling — fully programmable.
